We once had a dog named Juliette.

We were never sure if she was white with black markings or black with white markings. Either way, her coat was shiny, and she may have been the boldest dog we've ever owned.

The beans of our highest scoring African coffees are shiny, too. We use them to give this roast its bittersweet flavor with low acidity; it's rich, memorable, and bold.
